Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Kanika Pandey Foundation (“KPF”) does not sell or ship any physical products. All transactions on this website are voluntary charitable donations, and everything a donor receives is delivered digitally.

What You Receive

Payment confirmation — displayed on screen immediately after a successful payment, along with a unique donation reference.
Acknowledgement email — sent to the email address provided, normally within a few minutes and in all cases within 24 hours.
80G tax exemption receipt — issued by email within 7 working days to Indian taxpayers who have provided the required details, including PAN.

Delivery Charges

There are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges. The donation amount you confirm at checkout is the only amount charged.

Didn't Receive Your Confirmation?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, email connect@kpfjaipur.org or call +91 9289618132 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST) with your donation reference, and we will resend it.
