• You may browse, read, and share content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting any form or making a donation.
• We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

• All donations are voluntary contributions to the charitable objects of the Foundation and are not payments for goods or services.
• Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• Donation amounts shown on the Site are the total amount payable. KPF does not add any processing surcharge to the donor.
• Funds are applied to the Foundation’s programs supporting Indian classical music, artists, education, and allied cultural work. KPF may allocate general donations across programs at its discretion.
• Tax exemption receipts under Section 80G are issued to Indian taxpayers who provide the required details, including PAN.
• KPF reserves the right to decline or return any contribution that it believes may be unlawful, or that conflicts with its values or statutory obligations.

Online payments on the Site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI, netbanking, and wallet details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. Your use of the gateway is additionally subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.

A donation is treated as complete only when the payment gateway confirms it as captured. If your account is debited but no confirmation is received, contact us with the transaction reference and we will reconcile or arrange a refund.

All text, photographs, recordings, artwork, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by KPF or its contributing artists and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without prior written permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.

The Site may link to external websites and platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, KPF is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, from any interruption in service, or from any act or omission of a third-party payment or hosting provider.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, with an updated date above.
